Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
On day 1 of the safari, you will have a transfer from Entebbe airport to Murchison Falls National Park with a representative guide from Chopper Tour and Travel. You will pass through Ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino tracking, and they go ahead to travel to Murchison Falls National Park. You will have lunch at a hotel in Masindi, and in the evening, you will reach Murchison Falls National Park to a lodge where you will have dinner and spend the night.

Day 2: Morning game drive and a boat cruise
On day 2 of the safari, after breakfast, you will proceed to the park headquarters for a briefing, and then you will start a morning game drive that will expose you to the wildlife in Murchison Falls National Park. You will have a ranger guide with you, and you will get information about the animals you spot from the guide. There will be views of mammals like the elephants, bushbucks, buffaloes, leopards, lions, giraffes and many more. You will have lunch when you get to the lodge after the morning game drive.
On day 2, you will have a boat cruise at the bottom of the falls. You will also spot animals that are aquatic, like the crocodiles and hippos, and those on the banks, like the elephants. You will have about 2 hours on the boat cruise, and then you will be transferred back to the lodge for your relaxing dinner and night’s rest.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking and hike to the top of the falls
On day 3 of the safari, you will get to the park headquarters after breakfast at the lodge. You will be briefed at the park headquarters, and then you will get to the forest with a ranger-armed guide. You will have about 30 minutes to 4 hours when searching for the chimpanzees, and this depends on the location of the chimpanzees. You will have 1 hour in the natural habitat for observation and analysis on how the chimpanzees behave with humans, feed, play and breastfeed. You will be taken back to the hotel, and you will have lunch.
In the evening, you would have relaxed at the lodge; therefore, you will be picked up by a guide who will take you for a briefing. After the briefing, you will have a hike to the top of the falls, where you will see the amazing and stunning views of the powerful Murchison Falls. You will then head back to the lodge after the hike. You will have your dinner meal at the lodge, and then you will retire to bed.

Day 4: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On day 4 of the safari, you will have an early morning breakfast, and then you leave the lodge to meet the guide who will lead you to the next destination. You will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park with a stopover at a hotel for lunch. You will continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, and you will get a lodge and check in. You will have dinner and then retire to bed.

Day 5: Gorilla trekking
On day 5 of the safari, you will have an early morning breakfast and get transferred to the park offices for a briefing with lunch packed for you. After getting the guidelines to follow while gorilla trekking, you will go to the forest for gorilla trekking, taking about 1 to 7 hours while you are trying to spot them. You will be rewarded with one hour with the gorillas, and then you will have to observe how they conduct themselves. You will be returned to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Transfer back to Kampala
At leisure on day 6 of the safari, you will have breakfast, and then you will check out. You will leave the lodge and meet the guide to transfer you to Kampala. You will have lunch at Igongo Cultural Centre in Mbarara and then go ahead with the journey. You will have a stopover at the equator monument and the Mpambire drum makers. You will continue to Kampala at a hotel or be transferred to Entebbe airport for a flight.
