This is a 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure that will take place in Murchison Falls National Park and in Jinja on the River Nile while on a Uganda safari. You will have a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking, a morning game drive, a boat cruise and a chimpanzee trek in Murchison Falls National Park. You will head to Jinja for white water rafting and source of the Nile boat cruise.

Detailed itinerary for the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure
Day 1: Pick up from a hotel in Kampala and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
On the 1st day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, a guide from Chopper Tour and Travel will meet you at a hotel in Kampala, where you will be briefed about the safari by that guide. After interacting about the safari, you will then embark on the journey to Murchison Falls National Park. You will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking, where you will spend some time with the rhinos. You will then continue to Murchison Falls National Park with a stopover in Masindi town for lunch
You will arrive in Murchison Falls National Park, and you will check into a lodge. You will have a bath and then go for dinner. After having dinner, you will go to bed and sleep.

Day 2: Morning game drive and an afternoon boat cruise
On the 2nd day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, you will have breakfast at the lodge, and then you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing. You will be briefed, and then you will go for a morning game drive. The morning game drive will take about 3 to 4 hours. You will have views of the ecosystems in this park, including bird species, animal species and landscapes. You will spot animals like elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes and many more. You will then be returned to the lodge. You will have lunch at the lodge.
After having lunch, you will have a boat cruise at the bottom of the falls. You will have the boat cruise for about 2 hours. The boat cruise at the bottom of the falls will enable you to spot animals like the crocodiles, hippopotamuses and those on the shores like the elephants and many more. You will then be returned to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Chimpanzee trekking in Budongo forest
On the 3rd day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, you will have breakfast very early in the morning at the lodge. After breakfast, you will be briefed by the guide about the guidelines to follow while chimpanzee trekking in Budongo forest. After the briefing, you will head to the forest with an armed ranger guide. The chimpanzees trekking in Budongo forest will take about 2 to 4 hours.
After spotting the chimpanzees, you will spend 1 hour with the chimpanzees in their habitats and utilise that time for observing how they play, feed and much more, including taking pictures. You will then be transferred by the guide back to the lodge. You will have lunch and then spend your time at the lodge resting. In the evening, you will have dinner and then go to bed and sleep.

Day 4: Transfer to Jinja
On the 4th day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, you will have breakfast at the lodge and then check out of the lodge. You will then be transferred to Jinja with a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking. You will have an enroute lunch and proceed to Jinja. You will arrive in the evening and check into a hotel for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 5: White water rafting
On the 5th day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, you will have breakfast and then go for white water rafting on River Nile. After white water rafting and having all the amazing experiences, you will get back to the hotel for lunch, dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 6: Source of the Nile boat cruise and depart to Kampala
On the 6th day of the 6 days Murchison Falls and white water rafting adventure, you will have breakfast at the hotel, and then you will head for a boat cruise at the source of the Nile. The boat cruise will take about 1 hour. You will be able to spot wildlife and the vegetation at this river. You will spot several bird species and many more. After the boat cruise, you will be returned by the guide to Kampala. On your way back to Kampala, you will have an enroute lunch. Upon arrival in Kampala, you will be dropped at a hotel therefore marking the end of the adventure.
